General Terms and Conditions (GTC) / Guidelines / Disclaimer for the Büssli flea market

1. conditions of participation

• Only a limited number of exhibitor tickets are available.
• Participation in the Büssli flea market is only permitted for private vendors. Commercial sellers are not permitted.
• Sales are only permitted from your own camper van (Büssli) and with a maximum of one camping table in front of the vehicle. Market stalls or similar structures are not permitted.
• Each exhibitor ticket entitles the holder to one bus.
• Participation as an exhibitor is possible with prior registration and the purchase of an exhibitor ticket.
  
• You can also register spontaneously on Sunday, 08.09.2024, in Rain between 7 - 9 am.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay overnight on site.

• The Büssli flea market takes place in all weathers.
• The exhibitor ticket is non-refundable.
• Spontaneous registrations possible for "last-minute exhibitors" on site: 07:00 - 09:00 a.m.
• Set-up times: 07:00 - 09:00 a.m.
• Dismantling times: 16:15 - 17:30
• There is no electricity for your van on site.

3. disclaimer

• The organizer accepts no liability for damage to persons or property or for losses that occur during the event.
• Each exhibitor is responsible for his own safety and the protection of his family, his dog, his van and his goods.
• Participation is at your own risk.

4. rules of conduct

• Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children. The organizer accepts no liability for unsupervised children.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead on the entire site. Dog owners are obliged to pick up their pet's excrement and dispose of it properly.
• Exhibitors and visitors are requested to adhere to the general rules of conduct and guidelines displayed on site.

• The organizer reserves the right to exclude exhibitors who violate these guidelines from the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event conditions and will be announced in good time.

By purchasing an exhibitor ticket and participating in the Büssli flea market, you accept these GTC/guidelines/disclaimer and undertake to comply with them.
