Yes, you can pick up a large part of our assortment with prior appointment at our central warehouse in Wolfhausen. Please simply note this in the comments when shopping so that we can have the goods ready for you. Without a pre-arranged and confirmed appointment, pick-up is not possible.

We deliver all orders with Swiss Post. Larger products such as awnings are either delivered by a transport company or can also be picked up from the central warehouse by arrangement.

Orders from Fr. 80.00 will be delivered free of charge. For orders under Fr. 79.00 we charge a shipping fee of Fr. 9.00.

Products available in the store are usually delivered within 2-4 business days.

As soon as the returned goods have been checked by our logistics department, the purchase amount will be refunded minus postage costs. The refund will usually be made within 48 hours to the original payment method used.
